1. How do I book a date?
You can easily send your inquiry via my online contact form on the website, by WhatsApp message, or by phone. Afterwards, I will arrange an initial, non-binding consultation to discuss your individual wishes and ideas.2. What happens after the inquiry?
Once I receive your inquiry, I'll put together a tailor-made offer. In a personal conversation, we'll go through details like the schedule, your preferred style, and any special requirements — so the package is built exactly around you.3. How is the booking confirmed?
Once you've chosen a package, you'll receive a written booking confirmation. Your date is secured once the contract is signed and a 30% deposit is paid.4. What payment methods are available?
The deposit and remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer, Twint, or another payment method we agree on together.5. What happens if our plans change?
In case of illness or force majeure, I'll inform you immediately. A free replacement date will be offered. If no replacement is possible, all payments made so far will be fully refunded — no further claims apply. At my discretion, and with your agreement, I may also arrange a qualified replacement photographer, in which case the fee stays unchanged. -
I am happy to adapt to the dress code of your wedding.
-
I shoot with two modern Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras and high-end lenses. Additionally, two memory cards are used simultaneously in each camera to back up your photos. Flash units may also be used when needed.
-
Within 48 hours after the wedding, I will send you 5 to 10 edited preview images electronically (a so-called sneak peek). The complete online gallery will be ready no later than 6 weeks after the wedding. Any photo book booked as an add-on will be ready no later than 8 weeks after the wedding.

The photographer retains the copyright to the photographic work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer is entitled to use the resulting images for self-promotion, in particular for the website, portfolio, social media, blog posts, and printed materials.
The client may use and reproduce the photographic work online and offline for private use with family and friends without limitation. Any commercial use by the client or third parties requires the prior written consent of the photographer.
The raw files (RAW) remain the property of the photographer and are not included in the delivery.
If the client explicitly requests that no images be used for the photographer's self-promotion, this is possible for a 20% surcharge on the agreed booking price. Such a restriction requires a written agreement.

For weddings with up to roughly 100 guests, I generally photograph alone. If needed or upon request, a second photographer can be booked additionally.

Booking a wedding date involves organizational effort as well as reserving an exclusive date. Therefore, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation by the Client
More than 6 months before the wedding date:
The deposit (30% of the total amount) will be retained as compensation for reserving the date. No further payments are required.
Between 6 and 3 months before the wedding date:
50% of the total amount is due. Payments already made (e.g., the deposit) will be credited.
Between 3 and 1 month before the wedding date:
80% of the total amount is due. Payments already made (e.g., the deposit) will be credited.
Less than 1 month before the wedding date or in case of a no-show:
100% of the total amount is due. Payments already made (e.g., the deposit) will be credited.
Cancellation by the Photographer
In the event of cancellation due to illness or force majeure, the photographer will inform the client immediately. A free replacement date will be offered. If no replacement is possible, all payments made so far will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded. The photographer may, at their own discretion, provide a qualified replacement photographer, provided the client agrees. In this case, the remuneration remains unchanged.
Postponement of the Event
If the event is postponed by the client to a later time on the same day, the booked period will be extended accordingly, provided the photographer is available. In this case, additional waiting time or extra effort will be charged according to the agreed hourly rate.
If the wedding is postponed to another date, this is considered a contract modification. A postponement is only possible by mutual agreement. The deposit already paid (30%) will not be refunded in this case and is considered compensation for reserving the original date. In justified cases, the photographer may waive a new deposit in whole or in part. There is no entitlement to this. If the photographer is not available on the new date, the postponement is considered a cancellation.

1. Plan buffer time
Experience has shown that it is helpful to plan short buffer times (10–15 minutes) between scheduled items. This reduces stress and ensures more relaxed photos.2. Getting Ready
A bright room with as much natural light as possible is ideal for preparation photos. Please make sure that clothing, accessories, and personal items are ready.3. Group Photos
Someone from your circle (e.g., best man or maid of honor) can help put the groups together. This saves you valuable time and keeps things organized.4. Couple Shoot
If possible, set aside 30–45 minutes in a quiet atmosphere. Depending on the light and location, a short evening shoot ("Golden Hour") can also be very rewarding.5. Food & Breaks
During your mealtime, photos are generally not necessary – I use this time for a short break so that I am full of energy again for the next parts of the day.6. Communication
Please share the schedule, special wishes, or surprises with me early on – this allows me to prepare optimally and respond to everything.
